Kevin had an umpire meeting tonight so when I came home, I changed into soft, warm clothes and whipped up a huge crockpot-ful of beef bourginon. Tomorrow morning before leaving for work, all I have to do is turn on the pot and let our mouth-watering dinner cook slowly all day long.
Mmmmm....I can almost smell the savory deliciousness right this moment. I can hardly wait!
